Skills Developement
Skills development is imperative for businesses to comply with B-BBEE requirements and have become a strategic priority for businesses that wish to attain or retain an acceptable B-BBEE level the requirements of the Skills Development Act.

Festicol delivers innovative industry-first learnership programmes aimed at educating and upskilling people in line with the B-BBEE codes of Good Conduct. We provide a variety of QCTO and DHET accredited courses to upskill the workforce.

Employment Equity plan enables the employer “to achieve reasonable progress towards Employment Equity”, to assist in eliminating unfair discrimination in the workplace, and to achieve equitable representation of employees.

Festicol, a subsidiary of Tusanang Training, provides bursary Business and Management courses N4 – N6 that will enrich your employee’s skills. Festicol is a Private College registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET).
